Sabtu, 13 Mei 2023 di Aula SD IT Robbani Ogan Ilir telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Upgrading SDM dengan tema 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗶. Kegiatan ini dibuka dengan pembacaan tilawah dan pemberian materi oleh Bpk Ir. Kemas Moh. Ade Isnaeni, S.T,M.T selaku Pembina Yayasan Generasi Robbani Sumatera Selatan.
Bapak Kemas Ade menyampaikan bahwa “Suatu lembaga, pada permulaan memerlukan misi spiritual dan misi lembaga untuk berhasil.” “Misi adalah unsur terpenting dari segitiga B – I, karena jika misi jelas dan kuat, lembaga itu akan mampu bertahan terhadap berbagai cobaan sebagaimana yang dialami oleh setiap lembaga selama 10 tahun pertamanya. Ketika lembaga makin besar dan melupakan misinya atau misi yang diciptakan untuk itu tidak lagi diperlukan, lembaga itu mulai mati” lanjutnya.
